* Eastman Chemical Co. agreed to plead guilty and pay an $11-million criminal fine for taking part in an international price-fixing conspiracy in the food preservatives industry, the Justice Department said. The plea agreement follows the first criminal antitrust charges in the government’s probe of sorbate price-fixing.
