Three cheers and 1,000 “attagirls” for Joan Kroc (Sept. 24) and her amazing donation of $80 million to the Salvation Army in San Diego to provide services and recreation in an underserved area of the city. As stated in the article, this is just one of many huge donations she has made. She should be an inspiration to all mega-millionaires.
