Celebrating Dance--It was a night of all that jazz, as a well-muscled cast of 36 lean, mean dancing machines razzled and dazzled a packed house at the opening of “Fosse: A Celebration in Song and Dance.” Among the celebs at Wednesday night’s Los Angeles premiere at the downtown Music Center’s Ahmanson Theatre and party at Cafe Pinot: Shirley MacLaine (above), John Lithgow, Marilu Henner, CCH Pounder, Gregory Hines and Patrick Swayze.
