The International City/County Management Assn., an organization of more than 8,000 local government administrators, has given San Gabriel City Manager P. Michael Paules this year’s Award for Local Government Education.
Each year the Washington-based group recognizes communities and their administrators for creative contributions to government management. Paules was the only administrator in Los Angeles County to receive one of the 13 awards in categories ranging from workplace diversity to public safety.
