Re “Trouble Over Paradise,” Oct. 19: It is truly refreshing to see a city council not selling out to developers. Hats off to the West Covina City Council on wanting to keep their popular eight-acre oasis as is. Finally, a city council that listens to residents.
I live in Montebello, and our city council has two words for any developer, “for sale.”
