7 TONIGHT TUSTIN HIGH
Neither team has a great record (Villa Park had to forfeit three victories last week because of an ineligible player), but each is considered talented enough to win the Century League. In a punishing 33-7 victory over Santa Ana Valley last Saturday, Villa Park running back Dache Dameron ran for 170 yards and caught a touchdown pass. Dameron is the county’s fifth-leading rusher. Foothill beat El Modena, 37-24, by playing opportunistic football, scoring three times in a two-minute stretch. Robert Koster doesn’t get the attention other county quarterbacks do, but he ranks 10th in passing yardage.
