Cypress Financial Names New Chief Executive

Cypress Financial Services Inc. said it has named Manuel Occiano chief executive and a member of its board.
Occiano succeeds Rich Keys, who remains with the company in a different capacity, a spokesman said.
The spokesman added that Occiano fills a new position on the board. His appointment increases the board to five members.
Occiano had been executive vice president and chief operating officer at West Capital Financial Services Corp., a unit of SunAmerica Inc.’s SunAmerica Life Insurance Co.
Cypress Financial purchases and collects charged-off consumer debt.
