At its meeting Tuesday, the City Council will reconsider installing a crosswalk across Casa Loma Avenue between Imperial Highway and Yorba Linda Boulevard, and converting a pedestrian warning flash at Rose Drive into a conventional traffic signal. The council meets at 6:30 p.m. at 4845 Casa Loma Ave.
