On the City Council’s agenda tonight is a proposal to display American and Vietnamese flags on light poles along Bolsa Avenue from April 24 to May 1. The council will also consider a request from Blessed Sacrament Church to hold its annual parish festival May 13-16 at 14072 Olive St. The council meeting starts at 7 p.m., 8200 Westminster Blvd. Information: (714) 898-3311.
