Kevorkian Sentence

I find it tragic that Dr. Jack Kevorkian has been sentenced to a term of 10 to 25 years for his assistance with Thomas Youk’s peaceful death (April 14). Yes, the compassionate doctor violated the letter of the law, but in order for a crime to have been committed, there must be a victim. Where is the victim?
