Police are looking for information on the whereabouts of Ronnie I. Soto, a suspect in the stabbing a 23-year-old man on April 15. Soto, 27, is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 150 pounds, has long black hair and was wearing a red flannel shirt on the day of the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Det.
