Air-Conditioning Firm Buys Larger Oxnard Facility

West Coast Air Conditioning has purchased a 13,700-square-foot facility in Oxnard that more than doubles the size of its headquarters.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Carlsberg in Camarillo represented West Coast Air Conditioning in the purchase of the new property at 3430 Galaxy Place and in the sale of its 6,500-square-foot headquarters at 520 Spectrum Circle in Oxnard.
The commercial and industrial air-conditioning company was founded in 1984 in Ventura and has moved several times to accommodate its growth. Its clients include Amgen, Kinko’s, the cities of Ventura and Thousand Oaks and the Ventura County government.
