Construction has begun on a 43,250-square-foot office building in Santa Fe Springs.
Heritage Springs Corporate Center is a $4-million development by Heritage Partners. The two-story building will include an open-air courtyard, an outdoor food court and five retail or restaurant establishments on the ground floor.
The project is expected to be completed by the middle of next year, according to DMK, the Tustin-based company in charge of construction.
A pedestrian bridge across the intersection of Telegraph Road and Norwalk Boulevard in Santa Fe Springs will link the building to the Heritage Springs office complex.
