Caltrans and the Orange County Transportation Authority plan to open three freeway ramps at Chapman Avenue next week.
A partial new ramp opening of the southbound Costa Mesa Freeway offramp to westbound Chapman Avenue will be opened; the westbound Chapman Avenue loop onramp to the southbound Costa Mesa Freeway will be reopened for approximately a year; and the northbound Costa Mesa Freeway loop offramp to westbound Chapman Avenue will be reopened for about a year.
