The Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace’s free family concert series starts its 1999 season Sunday at 2 p.m. Classical pianist Beverly Serra-Brooks will perform. Her program will include works by Bach, Beethoven, Debussy, Ravel and Clara Wieck-Schumann. The library is at 18001 Yorba Linda Blvd. Information: (714) 993-5075.
