The system utilizes components, known as DMS multi-function interpreters, to convert messages from e-mail-based protocols to military message formats and back again.
The company, a unit of Grumman’s Baltimore-based Electronic Sensors & Systems Sector, specializes in airborne reconnaissance and surveillance systems and government ground-based satellite communications systems for the United States and Canada.
