Re “Rivals for L.A. Team to Offer Joint Stadium Plan to NFL,” July 21: So we take the historic Coliseum, add intrusive design elements, smother the whole thing with a ring of massive parking structures that obstruct its view and totally ignore the railroad track at its doorstep that a mile north could connect to the entire Metro Rail system, not to mention extending to West L.A. and Santa Monica.
Is this project designed to satirize Los Angeles?
