The Dana Point Police Services and Neighborhood Watch Program is asking residents to participate in the National Night Out Against Crime on Aug. 3. To participate, residents should turn on exterior house lights from 7 to 10 p.m. and turn on headlights while driving during daylight hours. The event is designed to increase awareness of local anti-crime programs. Information: (949) 248-3517.
