* The Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce T.G.I.F. Breakfast will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. Friday at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza. Mayors of Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks will present the midyear “State of the City” reviews.
The cost is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers if paid by Wednesday. After that, the cost is $20 for everyone. Information is available at 370-0035.

* A Meet the Grantmakers workshop, sponsored by the Ventura County Community Foundation, will be held from 10 a.m. to noon June 9 at 1317 Del Norte Road, Suite 150, Camarillo (Central Avenue offramp). The focus will be on grants to organizations providing services to children and families.
The cost is $35, with the deadline for payment Monday. Make reservations at 988-0196.
