California Coastal Completes Buyback

California Coastal Communities Inc. said Wednesday that it completed the repurchase of about 1.23 million common shares at $5.75 each, or $7.1 million.
The Irvine-based residential developer and home builder said it has repurchased more than 1.7 million shares, or about 14.3% of the company’s outstanding shares, over the past seven months.
The stock closed Wednesday at $6.50, down 25 cents a share.
