Internet Company Names Product Development Chief

Daniel J. Jinguji has been named vice president of product development for Interactive Buyers Network International Ltd. in Ventura.

Jinguji is a former Microsoft Corp. design engineer who co-wrote “Learn Microsoft Visual J++ 6.0 Now,” published by Microsoft Press. He developed and taught software engineering at the Boeing Co. before joining Microsoft.

In the newly created position at Interactive Buyers Network, Jinguji will be based at the company’s Seattle office, where he will oversee development, testing and network operations. He also will act as liaison between the company’s development team and customer base.

Interactive Buyers Network develops Internet applications for business through its subsidiaries Virtual Source Inc. and WPG.Net. Its flagship product, Virtual Source Network, allows companies to create a Web-based purchasing system to automate all aspects of corporate procurement.
