* ITT Gilfillan of Van Nuys won a $108,653 contract from the Navy in Mechanicsburg, Pa., for electrical components.
* Ontic Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. of North Hollywood won a $204,809 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for engine accessories.
