Planning commissioner titles will shuffle at Wednesday’s meeting as the five members elect a new chairman and vice chairman from within the commission, said Jim Basham, the city’s development services specialist. The Planning Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers, 7800 Katella Ave.
