Boys’ Basketball

Two county teams remain in the boys’ basketball playoffs. Second-seeded Mater Dei (29-3) will host third-seeded Simi Valley (27-4) in a Division I-A semifinal at 7:30 tonight in the Bren Center. Unseeded Corona del Mar (18-10) will play top-seeded West Hills Chaminade (23-4) for the Division III-A championship, at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Pond.
