The 1998 Saddleback College women’s tennis and men’s golf teams have been selected as Scholar Teams by the state Commission on Athletics. The women’s team maintained a 3.3 grade-point average and finished third in their conference. The men’s golf team maintained a 3.07 GPA and finished third in the state tournament.
