The city has named its top goals for 1999. The Redevelopment Agency considers the downtown revitalization project to be the No. 1 priority. Another goal is to determine the city’s sphere of influence. Officials also announced recently that they plan to pay attention to the “little things” that affect individuals and neighborhoods.
