La Palma Neighborhood Watch Inc. is sponsoring “Operation: Bicycle Registration” Saturday. Residents can license their bicycles at the police station, 7792 Walker St., from 8 a.m. to noon. Bike licenses last two years and cost $2. Registering bikes helps police track them down if they are stolen.
