Creationism at Concordia

A UC Berkeley professor of law who specializes in the logic of argument will tackle the subject of evolution in an address at Concordia University at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Phillip Johnson has written extensively on creationism, a Bible-based theory that challenges many principles of evolutionary biology. In his arguments challenging the scientific view, Johnson contends that evolutionary theory lacks confirming evidence.
Johnson served Chief Justice Earl Warren as a law clerk and has taught law for more than 20 years.
The free lecture will be in the Concordia Center for Worship and the Performing Arts at 1530 Concordia West in Irvine. Information: (949) 854-8002, Ext. 347.
