Hart 11, Culver City 6--Matt Friedrichsen hit a two-run home run and Brandon Montemayor hit a solo shot in a five-run fifth inning for the Indians at Hart.

Montemayor finished with two hits and two RBIs for Hart (4-1).

Reliever Jamie Shields (1-0) struck out four and allowed one hit in 1 2/3 innings.

Chatsworth 16, Saugus 3--Ryan Robbins pitched a three-hitter and Jeff Spector drove in five runs for the Chancellors (4-1) at Saugus (3-2).

Robbins (2-0) struck out three and walked none.

Spector had three hits, including a two-run home run and a two-run double.

Justin Babin hit a two-run home run and a solo homer for Saugus.

Camarillo 9, Redondo Union 6--Geoff Buchanon and Justin Collins each had three hits, and Mark Hensley drove in three runs for the Scorpions at Camarillo (4-1).
