Sunrise Sells Oxnard Acreage for $10 Million

Sunrise Properties recently sold 33 acres of land in Oxnard’s Pacific Commerce Center for more than $10 million, according to Capital Commercial / NAI.
SIA Partners of Houston purchased the land at Lombard and Wankel streets, near St. John’s Regional Medical Center. The new owner plans to build a 403-unit apartment complex called Vintage at the Rose.
Capital Commercial represented Sunrise Properties in the transaction.
