At its meeting tonight, the City Council will consider allocating estimated revenue from the proposed Treasure Island development to various city departments. The council also will consider giving an additional $15,000 to the Riddle Field renovation project. The council meets at 6 p.m. at 505 Forest Ave. Information: (949) 497-3311.
