The Capistrano Bay Area League of Women Voters is meeting Thursday to analyze plans to renovate Dana Point Harbor. Grace Dove and Esther Shillman of the Dana Point Advisory Task Force will discuss the county’s Harbor Revitalization Draft Concept Plan.
