The City Council will vote tonight to appoint either Juan Ampuero or Bernard Echanow to an opening on the Parks and Recreation Commission. The two candidates received an equal number of votes when the council reorganized the commission earlier this month. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 23211 Lake Center Drive, Suite 210.
