Pacific West Asset Buys Inland Commercial

Pacific West Asset Management Corp., a commercial real-estate management firm based in Costa Mesa, said Wednesday it has acquired an Anaheim Hills retail property management company, Inland Commercial, for an undisclosed sum.
Under terms of the deal, Pacific West will acquire Inland’s portfolio of 1.1 million square feet of property management assets. The list includes 15 shopping centers in Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties.
Inland’s former owner, Ken Jacobs, has joined Pacific West as director of retail leasing. The firm’s seven employees also will join Pacific West’s 52-member staff. (Daryl Strickland)
