The Planning Commission today will hear a proposal to construct a two-story building for children’s classrooms at Dong Shin Presbyterian Church on East Wilshire Avenue. The commission also will consider a plan by Fullerton Dodge to display cars at 1331 S. Euclid St., the former site of Aurora Ristorante, which was destroyed by fire in 1997. The commission meets at 4 p.m. in council chambers, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave. Information: (714) 738-6540.
