The city’s annual Springfest parade and picnic is Sunday around the Electric Avenue greenbelt at 11 a.m. The parade itself, which has 39 entries, starts at noon and will be followed by a candy hunt, entertainment, food and other activities. Information: Barbara Wright, (562) 431-4631.
