The Planning Commission on Monday approved South Coast Motorcars’ plans to build a two-story dealership at 28701 Marguerite Parkway. The former Mission Viejo Imports dealership is on the three-acre site. The project will include demolishing the existing facility and constructing a 37,465-square-foot building that will include a car sales area, spa and service area.
