The City Council recently selected Councilmen Mark Leyes and William Dalton to represent Garden Grove on a subcommittee with Westminster, Buena Park and Stanton to oversee the next phase of a feasibility study on consolidating fire services. The cities have been studying services and costs, identified potential service alternatives, and determined the costs and impacts for each alternative. Currently, the four cities are served by the Orange County Fire Authority.
