Marine Maj. and NASA astronaut Christopher “Gus” Loria and U.S. Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-Garden Grove) will be among those attending a celebration to honor Mexican American veterans Saturday at Santa Ana College. The third annual event opens at 11 a.m., with events beginning at 1 p.m. The celebration will include a flyover by two F/A-18 Hornet jets, and a paratrooper demonstration by the Aztec Skydiving team.
