Festival to Showcase Students’ Short Films

The First Look Film Festival will kick off Monday at the Directors Guild of America, 7920 Sunset Blvd., Hollywood, and will run through Thursday.
The festival will showcase 29 short films--dramas, comedies and documentaries--by students of USC’s School of Cinema-Television.
Admission is free, and the festival will begin at 7:30 each evening.
All four programs will repeat on Oct. 9 and 10 at the Norris Theatre on the USC campus.
