* PRC Inc., a subsidiary of Litton Industries, Woodland Hills, has won a contract from the Navy’s East Coast Tactical Training Range Complex, estimated at $78 million over five years.
* Sierracin Corp., Sylmar, won a $495,091 contract from the Navy in Philadelphia for aircraft and airframe structural components.
* Hydraulics International Inc., Chatsworth, won a $104,365 contract from Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for pipe, tubing, hose and fittings.
