Military Orders

To disobey orders in combat under the Uniform Code of Military Justice is a court-martial offense. Those who did not shoot as they were ordered [at No Gun Ri during the Korean War] should have been court-martialed. Civilians would no doubt have trouble understanding this. While under orders in the military, you will do what you are ordered to do. An individual has absolutely no choice in the matter. Simple as that.
