Volunteers are needed to help with the city’s 35th annual Halloween Howl from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 30 at the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center, 7800 Katella Ave. The event will feature games, contests, a costume parade and prizes. Information: (714) 379-9222, Ext. 270.
