Bankruptcy Protection Talk Scheduled

Protecting yourself if your business is forced to file for bankruptcy protection is the subject of a talk scheduled for Thursday at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. A panel of bankruptcy attorneys will discuss that topic and others, including the differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 filings and what recourse creditors have in trying to get payments from bankrupt companies.
