The Laguna Beach Planning Commission is scheduled Wednesday to review the downtown specific plan, which is a zoning plan for the commercial business district in the downtown area. Also on the agenda are two requests for liquor licenses from Las Brisas Hotel and Drew’s Caribbean Cafe.
The commission will also revisit the issue of a proposed road extension for a home being built on Nyes Place. The issue had been tabled at the last meeting for future research.
The commission meets at 7 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall, 505 Forest Ave.
