The City Council adopted, on a 5-0 vote, a resolution memorializing its denial of the showroom window submitted by Hyundai Motor America, 10550 Talbert Ave. On Sept. 21, the council voted unanimously to deny Hyundai’s request because of residents’ concerns that the display would be too large and bright and clash with the spirit of the city.
