I see that The Times’ endless campaign to discredit law enforcement continues unabated. Was the Oct. 25 article about a black man being detained by the New York Police Department back in July really worthy of front-page coverage? And the commentary by Earl Ofari Hutchinson (instigating suspicion on police shooting investigations) served no purpose other than to create further controversy.
In its seemingly daily effort to allege racial bias in so many articles concerning officers, The Times displays its own prejudice and just creates hostility toward the police.
