The Huntington Beach City School District Board of Trustees recently released attendance data for the 1998-99 school year. S.A. Moffett Elementary had the highest average rate of attendance at 97%. Ethel Dwyer Middle School had the lowest rate at 95%. The average rate was 95.9%.
