OUTLOOK
League opponents have feasted on the Raiders the last four seasons, winning 15 of 20 games during that span. With 27 returning lettermen, Sonora might be ready for some payback--or at least a playoff berth for the first time since 1993. Ross (1,015 yards, four touchdowns) started the last five games and should be more comfortable with the offense. Cannon (573 yards, nine touchdowns) is the top tailback. Josh Gonzalez, an all-league defensive back, caught only seven passes last year but averaged 18.9 yards a reception. Villagomez, an all-league linebacker, also plays fullback.
