A free seminar on Internet marketing will be held Sept. 23 in City Council chambers. The seminar, sponsored by the city, will feature guest speaker Cindy Lee, from the Electronic Commerce Resource Center. Lee will present information about Web-based promotion, how to improve ranking in search engine results, payment collection and customer service. The event begins at 8 a.m., 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
